Lane helped me through my ordeal of selling my condo. The condo was not my residence, but I decided that it was time to put it on the market as I no longer needed an additional property. Lane held my hand throughout the ordeal. I can be a pain in the backside, but thanks to Lane for putting up with me. He coordinated many repairs on the condo prior to the sale and also interacted directly with the management company as necessary. Lane also interfaced with the attorney and the title company to make sure the sale went smoothly. He was kind, gentle, and understanding with me.
